2011 Post-Graduate Genting Trip Update

5 months without an update I am truly sorry.
But, after all these time,
We have come up with an update on the Genting Trip next year!

Date: 12th January 2011, Wednesday - 13th January 2011,Thursday (2D1N)
Accommodation: Awana Apartment , RM400 (Divided among attenders)
Time: 8AM Day 1- 11PM Day 2

Transportation will be decided soon.
Meals shall vary depending on attenders.
All activities are done without any binds of time.

About the transportation,
It will be best if we are to go by personal vehicle instead of public transportations.
Non-NSOians are welcomed.

2011 Post-Graduate Genting Trip

I know it's like a damn year away,
But no harm planning early, right?
This is the trip right after the Malacca - Johor Bahru Trip.
Precisely on the 12th of January 2011 (Monday).

By that time,
I believe that all of us already has our own licenses.
So we'll be driving uphill and we don't have to worry about out luggages anymore.
But still, please save your pillows.

The main reason this Genting Trip was made wasn't because of the theme parks,
Well partially yes,
But most of it is to relive the moments of our first NSO Trip.
Once held on the 2nd of June 2009.
The breakfast was just so heartwarming and homely.

This time we will be having a loose schedule because our transports are personal,
So we don't need to rush.

About the cash stuff,
Don't sweat.
It's still early to be planning everything.
I'll be updating soon with all the pricing stated.

After SPM Road Trip.

The trip was originally :
Kuala Lumpur-Malacca-Johor Bahru-Singapore

After some discussion,
We've decided to cancel out Singapore.
Everybody agreed that going to Singapore for the Sentosa Island Theme Park was a little too costly for us.
So we'll stick to the Malacca to Johor Bahru plan.

At Malacca,
Of course we'll savour the best cuisines and delicacies there.
Chicken rice balls, anyone? ;)
We'll find some tourist attractions to visit , too.

About Johor Bahru,
We'll either be visiting the beaches or we'll hit the waterfalls.
Either way I'm sure it'll be fun.
Remember the sunblocks and extra clothes.
And the seafood as well.

Above is the summary of our trip.

After SPM Road Trip Expenses

After some calculation,
We have come up with an expenditure.

The expenses includes:
*Transport
-Fuel
-Toll charges

-For 3Days straight
*Accommodation
-Budget hotel for only 1Night.
*Singapore 1-Day Trip

Each section's expenses are divided into 6 people.

Each person is required to bring an amount from RM530-RM635 according to your needs.
If you prefer, you can always convert your MYR to SGD beforehand.

About the Singapore Trip,
It is ranged from SGD40-SGD50*RM95-RM120*,
To those who plans or wants to go to the Sentosa Island Resort,
You can bring an extra amount of money to enjoy yourselves.

If you decide to reach Sentosa by cable car from Mt Faber, it will cost you S$18.90 for Adult; S$9.50 for Child (3-12 years old). The two-way fare in glass cabin is S$21.90 for Adult; S$12.50 for Child (3-12 years old).

Sentosa can also be arrived by Sentosa Express monorail. The terminus of the line is at the VivoCity shopping mall on the mainland Singapore, which is in turn served by the HarbourFront MRT Station of the North East MRT Line. The train operates every 5 to 8 minutes from the early morning to 11:45 p.m. daily, and an all-day ticket costs S$3 only. The journey takes four minutes. In case, you reach Sentosa by Ferry, then the fare will be $2.30 for two-ways.

Just wanna give you people a little time to prepare.

After SPM,
We'll hit the road going towards Singapore!
We haven't research on the laws there but we're sure we're heading there.

Before that,
We're going to Malacca, the city of heritage.
Crash at Mezors'Grandmother's house,
Convenient.

The whole trip will take 3D2N,
About the Singapore trip,
Will be taken care by Andrew.

And this time,
We're driving on our own.

March Hols Genting Trip

The March holidays starts from 13th of March - 21st of March.

So NSO plans to go up to Genting Highlands for 2Days.
As before, this trip will be free-style and casual,
With lots of time,
Of course depending on what you plan to do.

As usual we start at the bus stop at Pasarakyat.

About the transport,
As I've just said, will be the bus, with 4 free one-way ticket coupons. *not including the Cable Car tickets.*

About the Genting Trip.

Just for Andrew, Kenn Vinn and Aki.

Date: 19th Of February 2010
*Overnight is optional

Gather at 9.00 am at the Puduraya bus station.
Breakfasts together or not? We'll decide on that day.
Remember to wear good shoes.

Probably coming down around 6.00 or 7.00 pm.

This time we're doing a "free-style trip".
We don't plan any schedules, we only plan on what we're gonna do.
And all activities are optional, you can choose whether to join or not to join.

Activities:
`Buffet at The Coffee Terrace
`Movie
`Arcade
`Starbucks Coffee (Snacking Time)

*Theme Parks and Snow World will be removed from the activity list
due to lack of time

Minimum you will need RM100, at most you will need RM150.
Or you can bring the amount you think you'll need for what you're gonna do.

Please avoid bringing large, bulky or unnecessary items.
Overnight: Bring around 2pairs of clothes

You can choose to bring you own personal items,
Books, laptops, games, anything,
But NSO will not be responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.

It's been a year already!!
I believe everybody had a blast last year.

There had been some misunderstandings,
Alot of cancel-ings, hard feelings,
But I know when the 2009's footsteps took off,
It'll bring it away too.
So I apologize for everything and/or anything bad I've done.

Well, a little recall on what's on last year:

1. The Genting Trip 6-2-09
-Which was the day NSO was formed. 6 people
joined the trip.

2. Buffet Day Always the second-last weekend of December

3. Bon O Dori 18th July 2009
-A cultural event of Japan.

4. Christmas Eve Celebration 24-12-09

5. Tiffany and Andrew's birthday bash 25-11-09
-A celebration for the 2 people that were born on
that day years ago!

Mainly this is all.

Well, since it's been ages since the previous update,
I am going to update a little bit on what's new.

On 18th of February 2010,
There's gonna be a BBQ party at Eve's place.
Everybody's required to bring something over.
There's gonna be fire, pool and of course,
Pre-New Year cheers!

Another thing is the trip to Genting, again.
This time, we're going up to just, have fun,
No theme parks, just chillin out, grab a bite,
Try out the buffet and get some air.

It's already Christmas Eve,
And all of us know that Christmas is only a few hours away.
I'm quite sure most of you are all up and away for the party,
Today and tomorrow.
So, have fun people!

For the people out there with a Christmas tree with electrical lighting and decors,
Remember not to overload your plugs as it may lead to a serious fire !
Make sure the wires are away from heat or sharp objects,
Not to forget kids!
Especially those with naughty hands.
Keeping them away means keeping them safe too!
Better safe than sorry, right?

Chill Out At Genting.

Have you ever thought of going up to Genting,
And do absolutely nothing at all?
Just hang out at some coffee shop or just any bakery you can find there,
And just enjoy the smell of freshly baked breads...
With the cool air and no distractions (I think.).

That would make me read my books!
I'd go up there and take a sip of coffee and study on my own.

Throw away the theme parks and arcades from your heads,
And start packin' your books!

If anybody is interested,
Give the chatbox a ring,
But please, this time,
The less the better.

Just go up there from early in the morning to the evening of the day!
It's gonna be once every 3 months so it will not make a hole in your wallets.

DO NOT go to Bukit Tinggi's Japanese Garden!
Overall it was boring,
But with some nice moments.

The Birthday Bash was fine all the way,
But I'm absent.
We watched 2012 together after so it was OK.

Well,
It's the holidays and I'm sure everybody's busy looking for jobs,
Planning their schedules,
Vacations...
But hey,
Next year we're planning on heading to Pulau Redang for the new year trip!
So buck up!

First things first,
The Bukit Tinggi trip is canceled!
We all had agree on that,
And we actually made another "closer" plan.
Closer to our homes.

On the 25th Of November 2009,
The Birthday Bash will be held,
Not actually held,
At Times Square and the area around that place.

Firstly,
We're going for a karaoke,
Then we're going for a movie,
**Most probably 2012**
Then we actually plan to go and have our lunch or dinner at Saisake,
The Japanese buffet,
But it seems the prices are too high,
A little bit higher than it used to be,
Than we used to know.
So we're gonna bail that and go for McDonalds instead, homely huh?

After that we're having free activities or something like that.

Pulau Ketam.

I'm not stopping you from going to Pulau Redang,
It's just a suggestion,
Extra suggestion.

I was watching a traveling program earlier,
It was introducing Klang,
Then it continued on to Pulau Ketam.

Anybody wants to go to Pulau Ketam?
We go there to catch crabs,
Eat seafood,
Enjoy the sea!

Maybe we can try barbecuing.
Hopefully they don't forbid that. -.-

The ferry tickets costs only RM7 /person.
Cheap eh?
And there's even budget rooms for 3-4 people, costing only RM15 each person.
That's good news.
The facilities ain't that bad.

Food, they say.
Over there it's quite "Ala Kampung".
And quite seafood-y.
Cheap too.

Klang's not that far right?

It's been awhile since the last post.
And this post will be about Bukit Tinggi Trip,
And also some other small events.

Firstly,
It will be on the cash range,
Previously the range is from RM80-RM130 right?
Now since all the prices are clear,
I have recounted the amount needed to be there,
The latest amount will be from RM110-RM140.
You can bring less than that but DO NOT bring less than RM90.

And the birthday party will be postponed to the day we go to Bukit Tinggi.
It's because of their birthdays fall in the middle of exam week.

Next,
Is about the Good-Luck Party for SPM'ers next year,
Which are the form 4's this year in 2009.
Well,
What I mean by party is just going out and have fun for one day,
Then strive towards excellence after that.
So all is welcome.

Finally,
This blog will be inactive due to the nearing of examinations.

*There will be a fair coming to Kuala Lumpur. Will announce soon.

Just some little budget change.

We had a discussion today and we re-calculated the budget.
To let us all have sufficient cash,
Our range ON Bukit Tinggi will be from RM80-RM130.
Be clear, ON Bukit Tinggi.

Because we'll be coming back the morning after,
So we'll settle our lunch,
And our other activities right here,
At Kuala Lumpur or wherever you might be then.

But for that,
You have to prepare another amount of money if you want to join the crowd.
So that will be in your own calculation and NSO will not be responsible for the cash shortage.

By the way,
Before I end this post,
According to KV,
The name "Bukit Tinggi" had been changed to "Berjaya Hills".
Take note.
We don't wanna mistake other people/hill's names right? -.-

Now we've settled everything!
There's only one thing left to do.

It's not really a big thing, actually.
It's only about "over-passenger"ed.
There are 8 people (including my mother) going to this latest Bukit Tinggi Trip.
So the car can only fit around 6 without counting in the driver seat.

The problem is not serious,
But if any of you are concerned about the fine and stuff like that,
Just don't worry too much.

By the way,
The trip will take 2Days and 1Night only,
Minimum you'll have to bring RM120,
Maximum will be RM150-RM2xx if you prefer.

Except for something.
There is availability,
But check-in is the problem.

Everybody knows we need a 21+ to check-in.
Although we've KV's mother to take care of the bookings,
But still, they insist on a 21.

So the only way is to get someone's parent to help us get in.
Or we get out.

Maybe I'll get help from my mother first.
But no promises.

And if we can get the free apartment,
We can also get free admission for 4 to get in the French/Japanese Village.
Of course, KV will get the free ticket,
And the others we'll divide and everybody pays.

We have already discussed about the prices to Bukit Tinggi.
No details yet,
But we've got a figure.

For 1Night,
You'll need RM165-(everything included)

For 2Nights,
You'll need RM225-(everything included)

What do we mean by everything?
We mean everything by including:

1)Transport to-and-back
2)Accommodation
3)Food
4)Entry fee for the Japanese/French Village

We maximized all the figures so we will not have any cash shortage problems.
Of course, you could bring RM10 or RM20 lesser than the maximized figure.

Before that,
Please be aware that this trip requires a lot of energy,
So please DO NOT bring so many unnecessary items along with you.

Next,
All of us are going to bring something from home.
Food, to be clear.
We'll be having our breakfast(s) at our own place (as usual),
So everybody please bring something to contribute to our cute lil' stomachs !
Hehehe.

By the way,
If you want a specific amount on the accommodation and transport,
I'm afraid I couldn't give you a number, yet.
Because we get to know the estimated figure through the knowledge of our acquaintances.

We run an "AA" policy,
Which is,
Pay for your own (Transport)
Eat for your own,
Do everything on your own (Gifts).
Except for Accommodation we'll sum up everything.

Well,
I think that's brief enough.

Bukit Tinggi Trip.

Just some minor changes here and there.
If, in case we can't get any accommodation at Bukit Tinggi,
We'll have to walk to a nearby place,
Gohtong Jaya,
Said to be around 5-15 minute's walk away from Bukit Tinggi,
To get our place to crash for the night.

Of course,
If, in the other case,
We can't even get an acommodation at any place,
We'll have to go for the last bus home,
Then we'll find some friend's place to stay over.
Or you can have your parents to pick you from some place we land our feet on.

If without accommodation,
The trip will need at least RM50 to walk around (Food, Gifts, Hi-Tea, Entry Fees...),
Not including transport fees.

But we can survive with RM140-Rm180 max. amount.
Of course, with the transport fees included in the calculation.

I'll start with the trip to Puduraya today,
I said I'll check the prices for buses to Cameron, right?
I did,
And it's not so beautiful.
The numbers, I mean.

So I looked through the "records"
Many said expensive,
Some said bored,
Little just said anything.
Myself, is fine with everything.

But still,
Everything seems so complicated,
And it is, indeed very complicated.

Because I've thought through and I calculated,
The whole membership thing is making me lose alot

So to make things fair,

The RM50 is gonna be paid by everybody
No refunds.
Those are for insurance as I've said earlier
For emergency uses.
Extras will be returned evenly to everybody that is involved.

Food, transport and accommodation are not included in this payment

NSO people !!!
I know it's a sudden,
But the Cameron Trip is settled.

As you see,
My mother had booked the Telekom Apartment for 2Nights,
November 29, 30 and November 1,
Which cost about RM200.

I know, it's a lot,
The truth is I don't know about it, too
So I guess we'll start by paying around RM5 each week after holidays,
So that we don't have to bring forward all the fees when we get there,

According to calculation,
If we pay all by that time,
It would've cost us around RM30-RM33 each person,
We don't want that right?

If we start saving RM5 each week right after holidays (Starting 1st September),
We'd finish paying the apartment off,
Even having extra for ourselves,
Of course, just like Buffet Day,
You can hand it to me, I'll make a record and keep it for you all.

2Nights give us extra time to walk around,
We don't really have transportation other than our legs.
So let's think the positive side,
We can have more time to rest and not rush around.

Or you all prefer me to discuss with my mother and re-book for just 1Night?
Which will lower our fees by 50%.

I've received suggestions that any future trips,
We'll go Cameron Highlands instead of Genting,
Well, I've heard from more than 1 person,
So it's not really a solo decision.

Maybe you people out there prefer the peaceful, comfortable and cool surrounding of Cameron's over the fun and exciting Genting's?

Cool weather, hot vegetable steamboat?
Wow, enjoyment of a lifetime.
Strawberries, dried or jammed,
It will always be great to taste.

Some people might find that place in the hills quite bored,
But people who likes nature,
Food,
Bees,
Will like that place.

Personally I like that place.
Cool and comfortable,
The food will never fail you.
Cause a hot dish with a cold body,
You taste the hot dish like tasting chocolate

OK, fine.
What I'm trying to say is the taste is wonderful.

About the transportation,
We could go to the Puduraya Central Station for a bus there,

Prices: Rm 18, RM 22 (VIP)

Travel Time : Approximately 5 hours ( So long -.- )

Departure time from Kuala Lumpur:
-9am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 3:30pm

Departure time from Cameron Highlands:
-8:00am, 9:00am, 10:30am, 1:30pm. 4:30pm

Anyone still wanna go back to Genting?
Not now of course,
But the beginning of next year,
Or hopefully, if you prefer, within this year?

As we all know, everybody knows,
All about Genting is just the freezing air and the theme park
Which doesn't change but still people go there
Even me

Well, this time
I'm going to try minimizing the cost
Of course,
First we'll start with the accommodation
Which is the place where we settle down for the day

Maybe we can try out hotels up there at Genting?
Instead of Awana,
We can save by not taking the cable car to-and-fro
Approximately RM 20/-

But problem is check-ins
We're all underage and we hope that The Management actually let us go in
About the price I'll go and research soon

We'll do the same things all over again
Eating weird food,
Playing weird games,
Going into the theme park and end up scaring yourselves

But everything will be alright,
And I assure that.

Transport as usual,
We meet up at the Pasar Rakyat Bus Station
Taking the bus up, and taking bus down, too.
It won't cost a lot,
To and back will take only around RM15 or less.

About other things,
Just remember to keep your items as less as possible
So that less space is used up,
Less items means less energy, too.
Save your pillow, it's a waste of space

I mean, two of them are having a birthday party
Which is Tiffany and Andrew

It's still far away but we can plan ahead right?
On 7th of November this year,
It's on a Saturday if I'm not mistaken

But at least it's not during exam

Our plan is like this
On that day
We're leaving for The Mini Genting!
I heard that the views there are great
And there's restaurants where we can have our lunch or whatever there
That place will be great for pictures, too
I wonder if they have souvenirs?

We're actually lack of guys,
Only 2 including the main character there
And a bunch of girls,
Like 3 times more than guys

Does anyone have any idea where to go for Buffet Day?

Seriously,
We can afford prices around RM75.
Precisely, RM75.
2weeks before the end of December.

Or we could just use with a restaurant?
So the day will change into "Restaurant Day" instead.

By the way,
To the people that are involved with Buffet Day (Or so, Restaurant Day?),
Please hand in your RM3 weekly before end of that week's Friday.
If you failed to hand in the RM3 for 3weeks in a row,
Your previously handed in fees will be returned to the you.

Sorry to say that,
The Blue Lagoon-Barbecue Trip has been cancelled.
Due to some circumstances,
We aren't able to have a trip there.

As you know,
Some of us had troubles with some other people,
Some has urgent things to attend to,
And I,
Have some personal matters.

But The Buffet Day will still be held,
As it is at the end of the year,
So it wouldn't be problem.
For NSO people that are concerned,
Please hand in the RM3 for Buffet Day.

Next about the Bon O Dori,
This will not be a problem too as this is an event,
Not a trip to anywhere for the NSO.
But transportation will NOT be provided.

Lastly,
Sorry again for cancelling the Barbecue Trip to all that had been looking forward to it.
We really couldn't help it.

They said they're not responsible if the Hotel Management noticed we "Over-Humanned",

Well, the reply's in.
Too bad they say 7 people can't stay in the 2Bedroom Apartment Unit.
But I'm asking. Again.

I asked if 7 people can stay in a 2Bedrom Apartment Unit by permission.
They recommended 3Bedroom Apartment Unit to us,
But it costs RM188+School Holidays Fees.

It is like a fortune to us.
So I asked again,
Hopefully they're giving an answer we want.

Or I'll look around for another hotel or apartment at Seremban,
Then we're having a trip at Seremban,
We stay at Seremban,
Then only we go to The Blue Lagoon for barbecue as an ending activity.
So I'm gonna check.

Well, as I've seen from somewhere,
There is a hotel in Seremban near to a hypermarket, The Store.
But they did not provide us with anymore information,
So we'll call them someday.

But maybe my mother can help book a room for a night's stay at the Telekom's apartment.
But anyhow, we'll just give it a try without embracing any hope.

We'll wait and see.

I haven't get the news from the website,
But this is just a suggestion.
We're making trips and special occasions,
Why don't we make another occasion?
Such as "The Island Trip".

We're just going on to islands,
Not places like Melaka, Penang or any sort of that.
We can just pick islands to go to,
Thus lowering our choices,
So we won't have a hard time deciding.
That's our main problem anyway. -.-

So next year our Island Trip is towards Pulau Redang.
I'll reseach on what we can do there,
And reporting back here.

So far we know (At present) that the ferry ticket to Redang is around RM100,
More or less.
So others will be posted here.

We couldn't find any budget hotels or chalets.
That's the news.

In this case,
Either we camp and take the risk,
Or we rush and catch the last bus home.

I heard the last bus from Seremban back to Kuala Lumpur is midnight.
But how do we define midnight?
12.00Am? 1.00Am?
What if we missed the last one?

All the hotels I've looked on costs around RM400 minimum for 7 people.
So I think we're on the same boat. Ditch that.
Chalets don't know yet.

If we wanna make good use of time,
We've gotta wake up very early,
Catch two buses in a row,
Die of exhaustion,
Then we start burning things up.

But there's a good news though.
I've got a reply from some website,
They say it is OK to have 6-8 people in one room as long as the hotel people didn't notice.
But we have to be very careful then.
About the location and price of the hotel, I'm still enquiring it.

So wait for the news.

The trip to Blue Lagoon is confirmed,
But...,
Safety is number one problem.

Have you heard about the recent case?
About a couple camping at The Blue Lagoon,
The girl got raped and the boy got hung on top of a tree.

Personally I think there were more than 3 people.
Imagine,
Hanging a man on a tree...?

Hmmm,
Maybe some of you will suggest going for a chalet or stuff right?
But we need at least an 18 above person to check in for us.
And we're all....16.
So...
What can we do now?
By this hour we can't just change everything we've planned right?
Please somebody save us?

Or some people who are brave enough to camp at a site where you see dark figures walking around,
Holding "parang-like" things,
Getting nearer towards you,
Stay then.

Hey NSO people!
Haven't I told you all about going to Blue Lagoon,
Barbecuing, camping, and stuff...
Or even swimming if you prefer...

But, why don't we make this one of them,
Instead of just finishing our time there?

We could visit Port Dickson Town,
The Musuem or Night Markets.
Then we end our day overnight-ing at the beach.
With our seafood bought from Port Dickson.

Well, don't be upset about the plan change,
Cause everything I've done I'd do some research,
So,
The prices will not be scary,
The problem is just how to get to the transport we're taking.

As I've read about somewhere,
We can take the Komuter, or bus to Seremban first,
Then we can take bus to Port Dickson,
We're ditching taxi cause it may cost a fortune,
OUR fortune unfortunately.

We could look around at Seremban, too.
Two places at once,
Not bad huh.

There's a suggestion that we can go Pulau Redang during New Year holidays!
Anybody interested?
I'm sure the boat ticket prices will not have any changes by next year.

But what can we do there?
Since everybody is so ready to go there,
Let everybody suggest what can we do while we're there.

Personally I think price is not exactly a problem,
Because we've got our "Angpows".

Or is there anywhere else we could go?
Malaysia's out of fun.

Well,
Next year the 16's now will be having their SPM,
We don't have much to do next year except for a trip and some small events,Buffet Day too.
I think we'll just keep our time for the year after then.

盆踊り(Bon Odori)

Hey, just wanna tell you all what is bon odori about-the NSO up coming event.

The Bon Festival is held during in Bon week, between June to August, and people gathers at the near open-space or the parks, and dance with traditional Japanese music. The music should be happy music to welcome the ancestor's souls, and people have a duty to make a happy, mysterious, and welcoming mood. However, the Bon Dance should be held in the night because Japanese people believe that ancestors' souls will come back in the night.

Early Trip.

Hey NSO people!
There's a change on the year end trip.
Since we're not going to Langkawi due to transport problems,
And not going to Redang due to great tidal waves,
Also not to Penang because there's nothing to see there but food only -.-,
So,
We're going to Melaka, not exactly to Melaka,
Just at a beach called The Blue Lagoon, to camp and do some barbecuing.
Melaka is the cheapest place among all four, so saving cost is a good thing right?
All we gotta pay for is:

1)Tickets to Melaka
2)The public transport fee to The Blue Lagoon
3)The food we're eating
4)Then public transport fee to the bus terminal or Mezors's grandma's
house.
5)Tickets back to Kuala Lumpur.

Isn't that cheap?
At least it's cheaper than taking plane to Langkawi,
Or sitting on a ferry to Redang.

As the title of this blogs says,
Early Trip.
We're carrying this Barbecue Trip forward to the August holidays instead
of year end during November.

The trip is going to be for 2Days and 1Night at the beach.
It will be fun!

Hey NSO people!
Look, are you people interested in having buffet?
Since we already have Buffet Day, let's just make it work.

Just pay RM3 WEEKLY FROM NOW to get your part in the Buffet Day.
Cheap right?
Extras will be returned to the owner or will be saved up for the following year.
Then you get cheaper rates for the next year!

Of course,usually the Buffet Day is during the year end, cause we're already at mid-year.
So don't think we can make it this mid year.

The RM3 is given starting now, which is 25 weeks before the big day.
Well, usually Buffet Day is 2 weeks before new year.
And,
If you start giving the RM3 for next year, it will be WAYYYY cheaper.
You know,like RM3 for 52 weeks? RM156?
That's way too much.

So if you people want to go for Buffet Day,
This year end,
Pay RM3 every week to either me, Mezors, or who's volunteering?

Well, if for next year,
RM1.50 WEEKLY will be sufficient for the buffet that year end.
RM78 for year 2010 for whoever that is interested.
And the choice for the buffet place is decided by the majority of picks.

NSO DO NOT make this compulsory for every member.
This is at the choice of their own.

About NSO

This is Non-School-Organization (NSO)'s blog.
Mainly this is a group which organizes trips around local places
Or maybe after some time, we'll move to outside Malaysia.(Hopefully.)

NSO usually organizes trips during the school holidays,
so minimum there'll be 1-2 trips annually,
and some non-travel trips,
such as Buffet Day, some festivals, events, or exhibitions etc.

Currently the members already a part of NSO are free-spirited, fun and open.
We welcome new members ranged from 16-18 or slightly above
But of course, we pick people who joins the club.

And sometimes, sorry for the inconvenience caused due to transport problems,
like not having enough seats or vacancies.

NSO trips prefer a 'bagging' trip instead of bringing luggage, or big bags,
also prefers 'free-roaming' instead of taking tours.

We try our best to save costs and unnecessary fees and payments,
so usually we do 'pre-vacation' shopping for breakfast items and foodstuffs.

Lastly,
NSO would like people who speaks in multi-languages,
Preferably English,Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), and fine Malay.
